Before Shipping and Order Confirmation
- If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), your order will be confirmed via WhatsApp to ensure accuracy and speedy delivery.
- If you opt for debit card or e-wallet payment, your order will be prepared and shipped directly. You will receive an email containing the invoice and product details.
- In all cases, we will contact you prior to the delivery to confirm your readiness to receive the order.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the order weight and delivery location, and they will be clearly displayed during checkout.
- Enjoy free shipping on orders over EGP 3000 when paying via Visa or e-wallets.
Delivery Time
- All orders are shipped within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
Shipment Verification
You can open the package while the delivery representative is present to inspect the product’s condition.
Upon Receiving the Order
- You can inspect the product while the delivery representative is still with you.
- If there is an issue with the product or it is unsuitable, Hijab Maison will cover the shipping fees in this case. Our primary goal is your satisfaction, as you are part of our family.
