Your happiness is our ultimate goal. If you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, we’re here to make it right. Whether there’s an issue with the product or you simply changed your mind, we’ll work with you to ensure you’re happy with your purchase.

2. Our Return & refund Policy

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

All items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

If there is a Product Issue:

This includes receiving the wrong item, incorrect size/color, or a quality defect (like damage or faulty stitching).
You can choose a full refund or an exchange.
We cover the return shipping costs.

If you Change Your Mind:

If you decide to cancel your order or change your mind about the item, size, color, or style, we are pleased to accommodate your request with either an exchange or a full refund, based on your preference.
In this case, the customer covers the return shipping costs.
PLEASE NOTE: Discounted items are non-refundable. Returns are not accepted for items purchased under promotions or discounts. All such items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Thank you for your understanding.

Regarding Product Inspection Before Delivery:

Standard Shipping (Free/Regular): Product inspection before delivery is not available. You can easily check the product at home, and if you find any issue, you may return it within 14 days under our Return Policy.
Customer Request for Inspection: If you wish to inspect the product before payment, the shipping fee will change from 50 EGP to 90 EGP, as the order will be sent through a courier that provides this service.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to us by filling out the Return Form at the end of this page for a fast response; also, you can contact us via WhatsApp or email. Let us know the reason for your return or exchange, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Ship the Item: Once your return is approved, we will arrange for a pickup of the item from your home. Our partnered shipping company will send a delivery representative to collect the item. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging, unused, and unwashed for a smooth return process.
Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
